A Fifty is strip shaped piece of cloth in solid or printed color that is tied around the head under the turban to give a little contrast to the color of the turban. A Fifty, sitting underneath the turban also provides a nice color contrasted triangle on the forehead. Some adult Sikhs wear a Fifty under their turban as oppose to a Patka.
